BASIC WEALTH TRAINING

This page is going to be an ongoing one of ideas and tools to assist you in truly embracing the concept that the Universe is on your side! That there is so much good in and around you – an abundance of good that shows up each day to support and sustain you – and all it takes to tap into that good is a slight shift in attitude and belief.

 

BASIC STEPS:

  1. Breathe
  2. Breathe again – deeply
  3. One more deep breath….all the way in…deeper and deeper
  4. LET GO all at once.
  5. AAAHHHH

Don’t you feel better now?

 

Seriously….life is about living one breath at a time, and in this moment right now – all is well and you are rich in the experience of simply breathing more than enough air to sustain your body. Life is actually breathing you! You cannot choose to stop letting air into your lungs or choose to let all the air out of your lungs without your body automatically taking another breath (well, you can, but you will eventually die). This is the point. Life is supporting you right now in this moment. It actually supports you in every moment – no matter the circumstances.

So – if life is supporting you by breathing you and operating all the functions that your body needs to exist (recreating new cells, healing wounds, digesting food, moving your eyes, beating your heart, etc. etc. ), would it not follow that it supports you in every other way?

Our dilemma appears to be that we trust life in some areas but not others.

My suggestion at this moment to begin preparing you for your future wealth is to daily affirm the following:

 

“Life is supporting me lavishly in every moment. I am rich.”

 

Say this to yourself (outloud if possible) a minimum of 20 times each morning and 20 times each evening (preferably as you just begin to go to sleep).

Start today, right now, and continue for the next 40 days. Keep track on a piece of paper, and if you forget, start again with day 1. Begin to prepare your consciousness to accept just the idea of being richly supported. You probably already have lots of evidence to support the opposite, so this will begin to shift your embedded belief patterns.

Take note of any physical uncomfortability as well.

Notice what thoughts enter your mind as you say this. Just notice them and see if you can detect any pattern. If you do, jot the pattern down. We will explore these at a later date.
